Fortin Property Solutions LLC operates Critical Ops Academy, a mobile educational application focused on data center operations and mission-critical infrastructure.

1. Learning Progress and Local Storage

Critical Ops Academy stores learning progress locally on your device using application storage.

  • Completed lessons

  • Knowledge-check answers and attempt history

  • Incorrectly answered questions and review progress

  • General Knowledge activity

  • Diagnostic Lab history

Critical Ops Academy does not currently require users to create an account or synchronize learning progress to an external server.

Users may export and import their learning progress using the application's backup functionality.

Deleting the application or clearing its local data may permanently erase saved learning progress unless a backup has been exported.

Learning progress is not shared with RevenueCat for purchase management.

2. Purchases

Critical Ops Academy may offer optional paid features through Apple's in-app purchase system.

Apple processes payments. The application may use third-party purchase management services to validate purchase status and manage access to paid features.

3. Technical Information

Technical information may be processed as necessary to provide application functionality, resolve support requests, and manage purchases.

4. Third-Party Services

Critical Ops Academy uses Apple's in-app purchase system and may use RevenueCat to manage purchase verification and access to premium features.

These services may process purchase information, transaction identifiers, and other information necessary to manage purchases.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Information stored locally may be removed when the application is uninstalled, subject to device backup and operating-system behavior.

Critical Ops Academy is intended for technical education and professional development. The application is not specifically directed toward children under 13.
